Many people have asked us: should we have our panels inspected yearly to prevent any problems?

My answer is if you feel like it needs to be looked at once a year, then yes. There is a lot of outdated electrical wiring and equipment still operating and functioning today. We will be more than happy to come look at the electrical equipment in your house or place of business and give our opinion. Keep in mind we can not guarantee anything that is behind the walls, under insulation, hidden splices, or whatever else is hidden from who knows when. We can inspect the obvious and check for loose connections, hot spots, discolored wiring. This would most likely only be able to be done in the service and panels. We can check for loose receptacles, loose ceiling fans, discolored receptacles, outdoor receptacles and light fixtures, or any other electrical you bring to our attention.

We can not do electrical inspections that are required for the city or state this would not be the same type of inspection. Reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns. Limited to residents in South East Iowa and Western Illinois.
